Rick began his commercial real estate career in 1997 with Marcus & Millichap, specializing in the acquisition and disposition of multi-family assets in Phoenix, AZ. He later broadened his analytical skills, spending 11 years in New York City and Chicago, trading NYSE / NASDQ equities and managing a fixed income portfolio for a global futures commission merchant.  

While in Madison, Rick worked for Colliers International as an investment broker involved in commercial property sales, integrating valuation and pro forma analyses on retail and multi-family assets throughout the state of Wisconsin.

Rick enjoys waterskiing with his family, ice-hockey, and German forestry.
